  Carefully roll your rug and secure it in its original packaging or an equivalent heavy-duty plastic wrap to ensure it stays clean during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Choose a convenient date for our courier partners to collect the rug directly from your doorstep, or drop it off at a designated local point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned rug, we will process your full refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
